Our Health Fair just wouldn't be possible without the work of our 8 subcommittees and our leader, who coordinates all the moving pieces that come together to make up our Health Fair.

I overlook all the committees, delegating tasks, planning out the event, and ensuring all progress is on track.

Health Vendors
We are contacting national/ local health organization that will be able to provide educational resources or health screenings for the health fair.

Mobile Clinics
In the mobile clinics committee, we reach out to as many different health clinics around the San Diego community and invite them to participate in our annual health fair. These clinics could be Covid testing, HIV tests, BMI checks, general health screenings, and many more.

Fundraising
Fundraising Committee focuses on raising funds for the health fair. We sell food on library walk or reach out to sponsors for the health fair. Come support us or if your interested in donations contact sal014@ucsd.edu

Food & Entertainment
Our committee strives to reach out to organizations across San Diego County to collect as many resources for our Health Fair, in terms of food and entertainment for our guests!

Publicity
We reach out to and work with other UCSD pre-health orgs, community centers, schools, businesses, radios, community groups, etc. via email and social media to post and publicize our event to the underserved community, so they will have all the information necessary to take use of what is offered to them at the health fair.

Pamphlets & Flyers
Our committee designs the flyer for the Health Fair itself, as well as informational and educational pamphlets for the Health Fair’s social media platforms.
Mandy Zhu
Video
We create the promotional video for Healthfair and we also generate short and creative clips leading up to the event that advertised our team and the importance of Healthfair.
